Student Enrollment (Kindergarten - Grade 12)
All new students (Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade) and those transferring within our district under a change of address will need to visit our Central Registration office to enroll your child in your zoned school. Our goal in having one location for student enrollment is to improve customer service by expediting the process, ensuring consistency across all 40 schools and making it more convenient for those with children in more than one school. It is a requirement that the parent go to the Central Registration office in order to complete the registration process, even if you have completed the online application. You must bring your documents with you for your student to be processed for school.
Please note that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled to a later time, possibly date.
Step One - Complete an Online Application
Parents of new or returning students must complete the online application by clicking on the link button above prior to scheduling an appointment below. The appointment link will ask you what your 6 digit online application number is so make sure to note it when it is given. Select 2024-2025 to complete an application for your student to begin now. This can be completed by computer, cell phone or tablet.
If you do not have computer, smartphone or tablet access to complete the online registration, you may come to the Central Registration office and use our parent computer section to complete your application. Once you have completed it, you can schedule an appointment with the link below or see the receptionist at the front desk for an appointment to finish out the registration process.
Step Two - Make an Appointment
Please note that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be rescheduled to a later time, possibly date.
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call 478-741-3610 and someone will assist you in rescheduling a new time and/or date. You can also cancel your appointment and schedule one for another date and time later.
